Conveniently positioned in beautiful Illawarra area. We can cater up to 120 people and provide a wide variety of packages. There's an accommodation room for the bridal party to prepare before their entrance Guests are greeted with hors d’ouevres and pre dinner drinks on arrival. Special events need a special venue - and special treatment. The Comfort Inn Fairways has already established itself as one of the leading venues in the Illawarra area for weddings, parties and and special celebrations with a reputation based on our organising ability and our excellent customer service, which is focused at meeting all of your personal requirements.
Our catering staff will give you every assistance in selecting a menu which is firstly delicious and, secondly, within your budget and we guarantee our high quality of service no matter if you're organising an intimate function or a gala occasion. We also have specially formulated wedding packages to suit every budget and they are designed to make your wedding plans as hassle free as possible.
Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days unless otherwise negotiated with the Wedding Coordinator. A deposit of $500.00 to confirm the date must be paid when confirming. Should confirmation and deposit not be received then Comfort Inn Fairways reserves the right to allocate the function room to another client.
Full payment and anticipated bar tab is required 7 days prior to event. Please note no personal or company cheques accepted as payment of accounts. 5 hour Beverage Package, beverages are to be consumed on the property within the 5 hours, no beverages to be taken from the premises. Guests are not allowed to bring beverages onto the premises. The person booking will be financially liable for any damages or losses incurred by guests at the function.
Numbers and confirmation of menus is required 14 days prior to the function (this will be the minimum number you will be charged for). Notification of cancellation must be in writing. deposits will be refunded if cancelled 4 months prior to the event and the room is resold. Unfortunately should a cancellation be made within 4 months of the reception no refund will be made. All functions cover a five hour period. There is a charge of $100.00 per hour or part thereof if a function continues, this cost only includes function room hire Floral arrangements on the guest tables may be taken at the end of the evening, large floral arrangements and other decorations are the property of the Comfort Inn Fairways Resort. A strict "No Smoking" policy is applicable when inside Comfort Inn Fairways Function Centre.
